Membership

We offer daily and monthly memberships at different rates. Monthly memberships are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Daily memberships are counted and charged at the end of the month. We reserve the right to change our membership fees at any time. You can check our different memberships fees here. Each member should book his space (desk, call booths, meeting room) in advance using the available booking portal and respect the schedule time of each (video) call booth and meeting room.

Access

B-sharing Tarifa is open Monday through Sunday from 8am to 22pm. Access to the space outside of these hours may be granted with prior approval. Each member will find a temporary entry code in the booking-confirmation email to access the workspace. The Keypad is located at the right of the entrance. For regular users and monthly memberships, a personal entry code will be sent by email.

Amenities

High-speed internet and printing, drinks and snacks are included in the cost of membership. The (video) call booths are available for free for the members who booked a desk. The meeting room may be reserved for an additional fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members may be changed/cancelled their booking only up to 2 hours before its start. Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of a membership.

 

Liability

B-sharing Tarifa and its members are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises. Members must comply with all safety regulations and guidelines. B-sharing Tarifa is not liable for any theft or damage to its members personal equipment and belongings.

Conduct

Members must conduct themselves in a professional manner. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to permit all members to work without disturbance. Smoking is not allowed in the building.

Cleanup

Cleanliness is essential. Members must ensure their working desk is clean and tidy before they leave. Coffee cups should be left in the dishwasher and trash in the sorting bin.

Privacy

We collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will not share or sell personal information to any third parties.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Spain.

Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
